Service Manager

B&C Technologies is currenlty looking to for a Service Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, author, and review internal and external service documentation (service bulletins and manuals)
  • Plan service schools
  • Coordinate local installation services
  • Coordinate service travel requirements
  • Coordinating and performing startup services
  • Plan continued service training sessions, pull in subject experts as needed
  • Support and train phone support technicians
  • Intervene in serious customer issues
  • Review and track service issues, feed data back to engineering and collaborate on corrections.

The service manager must have good computer skills, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, be capable of technical writing and maintaining documents, be able to correspond with customers professionally, have experience using logical troubleshooting strategies. Must have experience with positive management and coaching strategies as well as conflict mitigation and resolution. The job will require regular US and international travel.
